BARCELONA, Spain Only two Americans - lightweight Oscar De LaHoya and middleweight Chris Byrd - reached the boxing finals. De LaHoya won. Byrd lost.
It was the worst showing for a U.S. Olympic boxing team in morethan 30 years.
